Welcome to Computer Guild, where we aim to provide you with seamless telecommunications services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Service Description: Computer Guild offers telecommunications services including but not limited to voice calling, messaging, internet access, and other related services.
- Acceptance of Terms: By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and policies referenced herein.
- Service Availability: We strive to maintain uninterrupted service; however, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times or without interruption. Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons beyond our control.
- Registration and Account: To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date.
- Service Usage: You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in any activity that interferes with the operation of our network or the rights of other users.
- Fees and Charges: Fees for our services are outlined in our pricing plans, which may vary based on the service package selected. By using our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your account.
- Billing and Payment: Billing cycles and payment methods will be specified in your account settings or in communication from us. You agree to pay all charges incurred on your account in a timely manner. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

- Intellectual Property: All content and materials provided as part of our services, including but not limited to software, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Computer Guild or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Computer Guild be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions.
- Early Termination: Should you wish to terminate your service agreement with Computer Guild before the expiration of the agreed-upon term, you may do so subject to an early termination fee as outlined in our pricing plans or contractual agreement. The early termination fee will be calculated based on the remaining duration of your contract and any applicable charges. Additionally, a port out fee will apply for each phone number you choose to transfer to another provider. The port out fee covers the administrative costs associated with releasing each phone number to another carrier. You may also be required to return any provided equipment or devices in good working condition, subject to inspection. Upon termination, you will remain liable for any outstanding fees or charges accrued up to the termination date. Please note that certain promotional offers or discounts may be subject to specific early termination conditions as specified in the terms of the offer.
- Amendments: We may update or modify these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Michigan and The United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
