Computer Guild has been amazing for our magazine business! When our Op Director suggested them, I was hesitant but once we met with their team, we decided to give them a try. Best decision ever!
I had no idea of the time and frustration they would save myself and our staff. They even deal with questions from the vendor of a custom program we need for day to day activities. Previously, we had to submit a ticket and wait for a reply and we could only have one staff member utilize them. Now we just let the team know at Computer Guild and if they can't figure it out (which they normally can), they get the answer and get back to the person that needed it!
They make sure you know they are a phone call away. Instead of spending time trying to figure out whatever is wrong is wrong, we just call and they handle it. They remote in, fix the problem and you are on your way again. Normally, in under 5 minutes!

I can't say enough positive things about The Computer Guild. I had been searching for someone to build a website for my business and they were highly recommended. I met with members of the marketing staff, Parker and Marianne, and we discussed all of the aspects of my business and reviewed photos of my work. They took the time to get a clear understanding of my business to be able to build an informative website. It looks FANTASTIC. It went live on a Monday, and the following Friday, I had a call! I couldn't ask for more.
Then, just this last week, I had a different issue that I needed help with and stopped in. Nathan was a delight to work with, very knowledgeable, and fixed the issue I was having.
