Since the best way to help keep you protected during these times is staying at home, we have decided to focus our support efforts on remote help. We've put together a well trained task-force to help you with all your IT needs remotely. Most importantly, we're offering all new business clients their first month of support for FREE to help them get their "Work From Home" program setup for themselves and their teams.

IT help while practicing shutdown or quarantines

We all understand that our health comes first. Even before our computers' health. During a shutdown, quarantine, self imposed or government ordered, we'll have to count on our electronics to stay connected from afar. 

At The Computer Guild, we've been helping our clients remotely for years. We have the tools, experience, and confidence to help you at home, or with your business.

Our repair shop is now open by appointment. The Computer Guild's IT support team is still working remotely from our homes helping take calls, answer questions, perform remote support and such. Please feel free to contact us with your questions or situation and we'll do all we can remotely to help you out. We will continue with our same operating hours 9 am - 6 pm for all our clients.

  • Consumers
    • 9am to 6pm calls to our repair department's phone number (269) 373-1160
    • Drop-Off or Pickup appointments are scheduled between 11am and 4pm for the repair shop. Please call ahead to schedule your appointment and to help us keep all our clients safe and healthy
  • Business Clients
    • Existing clients can call the business IT help desk 8 am to 6 pm for support at (269) 372-1170 . Reach out to your designated representative for after hours support
    • New clients, please feel free to contact the IT help desk as well. We'll ask for some information, but will still do all we can to support you
    • If you're business has been deemed Essential as per the Shutdown order guidelines, our team will be able to assist you with all the support you need to keep your systems operational
